If you're not happy with your fragrance or have accidentally ordered the wrong item then you have up to 14 days to return the original product for a full refund provided that it meets our guidelines. To return your goods, please email info@theperfumers.co.uk.
RETURN GUIDELINES for a full refund:
Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date via ROYAL MAIL ONLY
The Perfumers reserves the right to refuse excessive exchanges and returns.
Return drop-offs are not accepted at our warehouse or corporate office.
We are unable to accept returns after 14 days as we cannot guarantee the perfume has been kept in the correct conditions and the quality of the perfume has remained in tact. The stock then becomes obsolete for us and we are unable to resell.
To ensure there has not been excessive use of the perfume(s) being returned we also weigh each of our perfumes. This allows us to understand whether your return meets our "fair usage" policy or not.
Refunding your purchase:
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this usually takes a few working days.
